    I had a fantastic stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and having an IGA right below was a lifesaver. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable, complete with a washing machine and dryer, which was great after traveling. Plus, the staff were helpful and friendly!

    The kitchen lighting could be brighter for cooking. the views were pretty limited, as we faced another apartment block, but it didn’t really bother us too much. it was a solid experience!

    During my recent transit stay at Avani Adelaide Residences, I found the location convenient, only 2.1 km from Adelaide Parklands Terminal. The spacious One Bedroom Superior Suite was well-equipped with a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals effortlessly. I also enjoyed the good breakfast at Edesia Adelaide, which was a perfect way to fuel up before my travels.

    The only minor drawback was that the bed, while comfortable, felt a bit on the hard side for my liking. this didn’t significantly detract from my positive experience at the hotel.

    Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Adelaide. The property's location was good and ideal, close to restaurants. It was also just next door to a cinema, golf simulator, pool, sauna, gym and library, the mall, and the Adelaide central markets.

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Avani Adelaide Residences during the Adelaide Fringe Festival. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Central Market and Rundle Mall. We loved the clean, well-stocked apartment with stunning views from the 21st floor. The air conditioning and heated pool were lifesavers in the heatwave, and the attentive staff made our experience even better. The nearby cafe and grocery store were convenient, adding to our overall enjoyment.

    Great location with easy access to the city and nearby pubs. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were fantastic, and the apartment was spacious. Just a heads-up, bring some kitchen supplies if you plan to cook. A lovely place to stay!

    The place was spotlessly clean with huge rooms. Easy check-in and really friendly employees. - New building and rooms offer fabulous views. - Good pool and on-site parking available. - Great and handy location close to Adelaide Central Market. - Found in a great area.

    Handy Spot for a Wedding Bash 💍
